RCE's core business is in the provision of personal loans through strategic tie-ups with cooperatives via its wholly-owned subsidiary namely RCE Marketing Sdn Bhd
("RCEM"). RCEM employs a unique distribution-collection mechanism whereby repayments by borrowers are done via the government-initiated Salary Deduction Scheme.
